We are looking for a Technical Consultant to join our team. As a Technical Consultant you are responsible for the design and implementation of ERP and CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics.

Job Description

  • Design and implement CRM or ERP systems based on Microsoft Dynamics
  • Analyzing customer business process
  • Develop and customize system
  • Design integration with other systems
  • Develop custom dashboarding or other SQL related reporting (Power BI)
  • Perform other consulting and support related duties as assigned
  • Advising Customers about Microsoft Dynamics
  • Provide training and presentations

Requested Profile

  • Degree Holder (Computer Science / Information Technology) or related Disciplines
  • Team player
  • Energetic and able to learn quickly
  • Willing to learn new technology and skills
  • Enjoy meeting customers and work at many different locations
  • Experience with Dynamics or other ERP/CRM is preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL is required
  • 2-3 years of solid hands-on experience (But if you have a good story, you will be always considered)
  • Applicant with less experience will be considered as Junior Technical Consultant, fresh graduates welcome

We are looking for an Office 365 Consultant to join our team. As an Office 365 Consultant you will work on innovative projects and you advise our customers on how they can work smarter by using the innovations in Office 365, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Dynamics.

You are experienced with Office 365, or you would love to learn all the details about it and help bring that passion over to our customers!

Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Hong Kong. The administrative assistant will be providing assistance to the operations of the company, by managing the ongoing contracts, invoices, purchase orders and other administrative activities such as generating monthly reports.

Job Duties

  • Maintain, update and monitor contracts system
  • Manage purchase order and renewal process
  • Create invoices, manage billing status, sending reminders
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Assist management in administration of daily activities
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Answer incoming requests from our IT Support and register tickets in our support system.
  • Communicate with the customer by phone, email/chat
