IT Support Engineer – Taiwan 


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an IT Support Engineer at AccessOrange, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our end customers, primarily related to Microsoft 365 applications and services. You will play a critical role in resolving IT issues, ensuring smooth operation of systems, and delivering excellent customer service.

Job Description 

  • Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and other related tools. 
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues reported by end users, both remotely and on-site. 
  • Perform (remote) installations, configurations, and upgrades of Microsoft 365 software, ensuring compatibility and adherence to best practices. 
  • Assist with user account management, password resets, and permissions management within Microsoft 365. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems and escalate issues when necessary. 
  • Document support activities, solutions, and knowledge base articles for future reference and training purposes. 
  • Keep abreast of the latest Microsoft 365 updates, features, and enhancements, and proactively share knowledge with colleagues and clients. 
  • Maintain accurate records of support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high customer satisfaction. 
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for end users throughout the support process. 

Requested Profile 

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science or relevant working experience 
  • 2-5 years working experience in helpdesk or IT support.   
  • Experience in Microsoft 365, Office, Windows 10/11  
  • Experience in handling client support calls and provides on-site troubleshooting support.  
  • Good problem solving and communication skills.  
  • Cantonese (Hong Kong) language skills is a must. 
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written) 
  • Taiwan Working VISA or ARC
