We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who can assist us part-time on administrative support for our growing company operations.
- Create Customer Quotations
- Maintaining Customer contracts (renewals/cancellations)
- Managing Purchase Orders at Suppliers
- Answering phone calls (virtual phone system) –> English and Cantonese
- Handling purchase orders and renewals with our vendors
Preferred working time: 09:00am to 01:00pm Hong Kong time. (monday to friday)
Salary Range: HKD 9,000 – 11,000 per month. (based on 20 hours per week)
- Located in: Hong Kong
- Native Cantonese Speaker with good English proficiency
- Professional working attitude
- Prior administrative experience.
- Good computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
