Administrative Assistant – Part Time (Cantonese Required)

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who can assist us part-time on administrative support for our growing company operations.

Tasks include:

  • Create Customer Quotations
  • Maintaining Customer contracts (renewals/cancellations)
  • Managing Purchase Orders at Suppliers
  • Answering phone calls (virtual phone system) –> English and Cantonese
  • Handling purchase orders and renewals with our vendors

Preferred working time: 09:00am to 01:00pm Hong Kong time. (monday to friday)

Salary Range: HKD 9,000 – 11,000 per month. (based on 20 hours per week)

Requested Profile

  • Located in: Hong Kong
  • Native Cantonese Speaker with good English proficiency
  • Professional working attitude
  • Prior administrative experience.
  • Good computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail.
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
