Customer Success Manager (Taiwan)
We are looking for an Customer Success Manager to join our team. You will be working on selling our cloud solutions to our customers, acquiring new clients, and fostering good relationships with these clients to maintain future sales.
- Reach out to new clients to inform them about our products and services.
- Develop new businesses and leads to ensure achievement of sales targets in assigned accounts
- Build and maintain effective business relationships with assigned/existing customers & potential new accounts.
- Promote our cloud solutions and provide professional advice
- Responsible for full range of sales activities including meeting clients, quotations, orders, renewals, and update our order & contract system.
- Identify opportunities for growth to generate recurring business
- Assist team heads in formulating sales & marketing strategies
- Degree holder or above in any disciplines
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales role, particularly in IT industry
- 1-3 Relevant experience of solution selling for an IT vendor is preferred
(Fresh Graduates will be considered as well.)
- Good team player with strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

- Must speak fluent Mandarin and basic English
